Project
Violet Garden is a lovely holiday complex of two buildings with studios and one bedroom apartments constructed over a plot of 1280 sq.m. The complex is set in a peaceful area in the western part of Sunny Beach near the Aqua park- the biggest entertainment park on Bulgarian sea side. The distance to the sandy beach is about 800 m. The complex features a swimming pool. The future inhabitants will enjoy the beautiful green areas.
Building A is ready and the Permission for use is already granted since the summer of 2007. Building B will meet the new inhabitants in the summer of 2008.

Location
Sunny beach is situated in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera. Stretching along a beautiful semicircular bay facing east. Closed to the north by the descending ridges of the Balkan Range, thus blending sea and mountain in perfect harmony. Lying to the south is the small peninsula on which the ancient town of Nessebar is located- an architectural and historic monument of Bulgarian and world culture.
Regular bus services to regional centers Burgas (30 km away) and Varna (90 km). Connections world wide via Burgas international airport, harbor, railway station.
Sunny Beach is a bearer of the prestigious BLUE FLAG prize for proven ecological advantages along the Black Sea coast. This is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where one can still see genuine well-formed sand dunes - the most beautiful ones are situated in the resort's southern part.
