The area

Sunny Beach (Slanchev Bryag) Resort is situated 42 km north of Bourgas. Practically, the resort occupies the entire territory stretching from the village of Vlas to the north and the town of Nesebar to the south. The resort offers more than 130 hotels and two camping sites, and is rich in entertainment facilities. The resort's construction began back in communist times, in 1958. Construction works began at a site, where two old wells supplying Nessebar with water in ancient times and during the Middle Ages, had been. The village of St. Vlas and the Elenite holiday city are situated just a few kilometers away from Sunny Beach. The forest along the Hadzhiiska River and the dunes stretching between the road and the resort are very attractive to naturelovers. The picturesque town of Nesebar is also extremely close to Sunny Beach, as its newly built houses to the north almost merge with the resort. Note worthy, lots of excursions in the country and abroad are organised for holiday-makers and tourists during the weekends or at the end of their holidays. Not far from Sunny Beach is located the beautiful Emine cape.

Project

Stella Polaris 2 is a five-storey, first class residential-hotel complex, situated over a plot of 1 900 sq.m. Stella Polaris 2 is the second part of the operating since this season Stella Polaris Complex. The complex is with a built-up area of 4 024 sq.m. and will be guarded 24 h. It also has an elevator, a reception desk, a relaxation area with a swimming pool and a cafe.

The apartments are with square surface from 34 to 174 sq.m.

The apartments are finished with first-class materials:

• Outer insulation
• German PVC joinery, terracotta tiles
• Sanitary faience
• Laminate parquet
• Hot water boiler
• Air-conditioned apartments, suitable for year-round use

For an annual tax of Eur 8/sq.m. the developer of the building - "Polaris Building" will provide the security and hygiene of the common parts of the complex.

Payment scheme:

The reservation fee is  Eur 1000. /Validity 20 days/.

10% deposit - upon signing the preliminary contract

40% upon finishing the basement floor

50% which can be negotiated to be paid in installments

Upon the final payment the notary deed is issued. 

All sales are with no comission from the buyer!

The agency charges Eur 480  for attendance at the transaction.
